1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and pkr 777 ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services, products and features offered on this website.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pkr 777.

2. Eligibility

• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account permanently closed by pkr 777 for any reason.

pkr 777 reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage of the relationship — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

3. Your Account

One account per person: Each person is permitted to hold exactly one account with pkr 777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts in question will be closed and any outstanding balances may be forfeited.

Account security: You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. pkr 777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify us immediately at support@pkr777.im. We accept no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.

Accurate information: You agree to provide truthful, accurate and current information during registration and to keep that information updated. Accounts opened with false information — incorrect name, incorrect date of birth, or a phone number belonging to another person — will be closed without notice.

Account currency: All pkr 777 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Account balances, bet stakes, winnings and all transaction records will display in PKR at all times.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted payment methods: pkr 777 accepts deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. We do not accept payments from unverified third-party accounts or payment methods not listed on our Cashier page.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, although your bank or mobile wallet provider may impose their own transaction limits.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. All withdrawals must be processed back to a payment method registered in your own name. pkr 777 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Standard processing time is one to two business hours for digital wallet withdrawals and up to one business day for IBFT transfers.

Verification prior to withdrawal: pkr 777 may require you to complete identity and payment verification before releasing a withdrawal. This is standard procedure and is in place to protect both the member and the platform from fraud. Providing false documentation during this process is a criminal matter and will be reported to relevant authorities.

• Deposits are credited instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay.
• IBFT transfers may take up to 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• pkr 777 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on our end; your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Balances that have remained inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month.

5. Betting Rules

Placing bets: All bets placed on pkr 777 are final once confirmed. You will receive a confirmation screen and a bet reference number after each successful wager. It is your responsibility to check your bet slip before submitting. pkr 777 will not cancel bets on the basis of a member-selected incorrect market, incorrect stake, or change of mind.

Minimum and maximum stakes: The minimum stake per selection is Rs 50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, game type and individual account tier. Current limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of wagering.

Void bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required portion of play is completed; there is a verified technical error in the odds display; or a market is opened in error and is suspended before any valid bets can be settled.

Obvious errors in odds: pkr 777 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system or human error, even after the event has concluded. What constitutes an "obvious error" will be assessed reasonably and in good faith. Members will always be notified if a bet is voided under this clause.

Accumulator bets: When placing accumulator (parlay) bets, each leg must win for the overall bet to be successful. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator will be settled as if those legs did not exist, reducing the number of selections accordingly.

Virtual sports: All virtual sports events at pkr 777 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator. Results are generated in real time and cannot be influenced by any external party. Once a virtual event commences, bets on that event are locked and cannot be amended or cancelled.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

pkr 777 regularly offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional rewards to both new and existing members. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Each promotion is available to one account per household, per device and per IP address.

• pkr 777 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel it entirely at any time without prior notice.
• Any member found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, automated betting patterns, or systematic low-risk accumulation strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus cancelled and their account reviewed.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion's terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkr 777 and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to place bets, analyse odds or manipulate any part of the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker games.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any such attempt must be reported to support@pkr777.im immediately.
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity or for the proceeds of any illegal activity.
• Providing false personal information or impersonating another individual.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been reported as fraudulent.
• Harassing, abusing or threatening pkr 777 staff, other members, or anyone associated with the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pkr 777 platform — including but not limited to the logo, website design, text, graphics, images, bet builder tools, game interfaces, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkr 777 or its licensed content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any pkr 777 content without explicit written permission.

The pkr 777 name, logo and related marks are proprietary brand assets. Any unauthorised use, including creating imitation websites, social media pages or applications that falsely represent pkr 777, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued legally.

9. Limitation of Liability

pkr 777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or free from technical faults at all times. In the event of a system outage, pkr 777's liability is limited to the return of any stakes placed on bets that could not be settled due to that outage.

pkr 777 is not liable for any loss of profit, loss of opportunity, indirect damages or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform — including losses resulting from your own betting decisions, whether informed by information found on this website or elsewhere.

Nothing in these Terms limits pkr 777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
